Nursery Check Organic Fabric

Inspired by prairie homes, painted wooden houses and wide porches, Nursery Check is a soft, simple take on a traditional check. A delicate gingham ground is overlaid with hand-painted bands of colour, giving the design a relaxed, slightly imperfect character.

The palette is intentionally gentle and nostalgic — warm, muted colour combinations that feel cosy without becoming overly sweet. It works beautifully in nurseries and children’s bedrooms, but is understated enough for playrooms, attic rooms, hallways and country interiors too.

Designed by hand in Hampshire, the irregular painted lines and subtle tonal variation give Nursery Check the warmth of something collected rather than manufactured.

Available in a choice of colourways, with complimentary bespoke colour matching available if you’d like the design adapted to suit your scheme.

ORGANIC STRATOS LINEN: is made from a sustainable linen union base - made from 65% Organic Cotton, 25% Recycled Cotton and 10% Linen, Exactly the same as our popular Limani Linen, it is woven with a slub yarn which gives the fabric a natural, tactile texture. This medium weight fabric is popular for curtains, cushions, homewares, light upholstery and accessories.

ORGANIC COTTON DRILL: An organic and versatile fabric, Organic Drill Optic Cotton is popular for upholstery, curtains, cushions, tea towels, aprons and other home accessories.

Organic Cotton Drill is a great utility fabric with its strong and durable characteristics. The fabric has a tight diagonal twill weave which is prominent on the print face and adds an appealing quality to the final printed fabric. Its bright white gives an excellent print appearance and quality.

Printed in one of the most eco-friendly ways possible, using Digital Pigment inks; the printing process requires no water in the printing process, and uses around 95% less energy than traditional screen printing.

  Due to the natural composition of this fabric, colours may appear lighter and more muted in shade than our standard Calico Cotton. There may also be slight imperfections due to the unbleached nature of the fabric.
